Mona is an experienced real estate investor with 35 years of real estate investing under her belt. She has a background in Fashion Design and Accounting. Mona has helped create and run three Residential Assisted Living homes in Arizona, over the last nine years. She is a partner in the Majestic Home Franchises, a franchise company for RAL homes, the first of its kind. As well as a partner in Roundbox Equity, actively investing in students RAL projects across the country. She works actively in Residential Assisted Living Academy helping students realize their RAL dreams and accomplish their goals to opening a care home to seniors.

Isabelle is a graduate from Arizona State University, a former flight attendant, Disney employee and now works as the COO of RAL Academy and Recovery Housing Academy keeping everyone in line and on task.

Victoria has a Master’s degree in Education and was a grade school teacher for the last 6 years. She decided to branch out and join the family businesses as Gene’s Executive Assistant and has moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer. She enjoys office tasks and keeping organized.

Robert is our Chief Marketing Officer. He has a passion for serving others and strives to make a positive impact through commitment, trust, and action. Born and raised in Arizona, Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Masters degree from John Paul the Great Catholic University. He loves spending time with his family and volunteering at church. Robert is married to Abby, and they live in Chandler, Arizona with their four children; Luke, Liam, Riley, and Owen.

Antonio is a graduate from Northern Arizona University. He coaches volleyball and has a passion for helping us save money as a team. He is a wonderful support for Victoria and loves working with family. He has an adorable pug named Pono!

Kellen Regalado is a certified personal trainer with a background in the fitness industry, managing large fitness clubs. Kellen is passionate about improving the quality of life for others. Working hands on, as a trainer, with so many of the elderly in the gym environment helped him understand the dire need for shared housing. He now works as a Customer Solutions Specialist for the company, encouraging students to take the next step in their journey to financial freedom through doing good and doing well.
